Job Title: SOC Manager

Location: Remote – Candidates Must Reside in North-eastern US.

Our client is seeking a SOC Manager to lead their security operations team in a hands-off, management-focused role. The right candidate will have at least2 years of remote SOC management experienceand 5+ years in cybersecurity,with the ability to communicate complex security issues clearly to non-technical business leaders.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor SOC staff, ensuring effective monitoring and incident response.
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and executive leadership.
Oversee incident management, reporting, and SOC performance metrics.
Align SOC strategy with business objectives.
Manage a team of 5 – 10 analysts.

Qualifications:

2+ years SOC management experience in house or MSSP.
5+ years in cybersecurity.
Strong SIEM and EDR experience.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proven experience engaging with executives and stakeholders.
