Salary Range:$185,000 - $210,000 + Benefits
Lead the charge in the field of cybersecurity as the driving force at a prominent cybersecurity consultancy located in San Francisco.
We have recently formed a partnership with a prominent cybersecurity consulting firm that has made substantial investments in expanding its Penetration Testing services. They are seeking a proficient and technically adept Penetration Testing Manager to join their team and contribute to the expansion and development of their current roster.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: - Manage and lead a team of penetration testers, overseeing comprehensive penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security audits on our systems, applications, and networks. 
- Security Assessments: - Drive in-depth security assessments, utilizing manual and automated testing, to evaluate the security posture of our digital assets. 
- Security Solutions: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor security solutions, ensuring the timely and effective resolution of identified vulnerabilities. 
- Compliance: - Ensure all security testing and assessment activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards. 
- Security Awareness: - Promote cybersecurity awareness among employees through training and educational programs. 
- Testing Execution: - Oversee the execution of web and network penetration tests, including vulnerability scanning, exploitation, and post-exploitation activities. 
Monitor progress and ensure tests are performed in a safe and controlled manner.
Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of experience working as a Penetration Testing Manager leading teams and project engagements. 
- Over 5 years of hands-on technical experience testing both web applications and networks 
- Over 3 years of Extensive hands-on experience in testing a variety of environments, including web applications, networks, cloud infrastructure, wireless (Wi-Fi), mobile applications, and Internet of Things (IoT) devices. 
- Experience conducting Red Team Engagements 
- Currently holding one or more of the following certifications, OSCP/OSCE/OSWE/GPEN/GWAPT
