Position Overview:

As a Remote Sales Development Representative, you'll be at the forefront of this company's sales efforts, championing their cybersecurity hardware solutions to potential clients. This individual contributor role offers the flexibility of remote work while still tapping into the vibrant tech scene of California. Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels to drive sales opportunities for our cybersecurity hardware solutions.

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social selling activities to engage with potential clients and build meaningful relationships.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns that align with business objectives.

  • Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, track activities, and report on sales pipeline metrics.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas through diligent prospecting and pipeline management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience selling cybersecurity hardware solutions, with a deep understanding of the industry landscape.

  • At least 4 years of experience in a business development role, demonstrating a track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.

  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a remote work environment, while still collaborating effectively with team members.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our cybersecurity hardware solutions.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • California residency is preferred, but open to exceptional candidates located elsewhere in the United States.

Salary Range:

$70,000 - $130,000 per year (depending on experience and performance) + Benefits
