Vice President of Cyber Security Sales | Texas | $150,000 - $200,000 + Double OTE

An extremely successful consultancy is looking for a Vice President of Cyber Security Sales to head up the continued growth and expansion of its cyber security managed services into the US. My client's main services are penetration testing, SOCaaS and identity & information security consulting.

My client is looking for an experienced cyber security sales professional who is passionate about mentoring, coaching and leading a sales team to success. They are looking for an individual who prioritises collaboration and will help them to strategize their go to market plan of their cyber security services to penetrate companies in the Fortune 100, 250 and 1000.


Their mission is to make society a secure and safer place and you will be able to help do this by building long-lasting relationships with some of the U.S. biggest organisations in the financial, healthcare and technology industries.

Role Includes:

  • Coaching and mentoring a team of 10 cyber security professionals.

  • Winning new business and creating sustainable relationships with clients to enhance the business pipeline and increase revenue for the organisation.

  • Establish and grow new client relations and help establish a strong presence in the US specifically selling penetration testing services.

  • Create strategic plans to uncover growth opportunities and aid clients with improving their cyber security posture.

Essential Experience / Knowledge:

  • At least 5 years of sales experience having sold cyber security services.

  • Experience in driving service sales through a business plan and experience implementing effective marketing action points.

  • The desire to meet clients in person and communicate with Executives.

  • Experience from a standing start, hunter approach to actively win new business and help establish new accounts within the US.

  • Strong communication and verbal skill are key for this position.

  • Excellent presentation skills.

  • Strong experience in Cyber Security Sales with proven results and success.

  • Winning new business and leading the full sales life cycle in previous roles.
