Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

Caldwell, ID | Full-Time | $120K–$150K DOE + Bonus + Benefits

A national real estate investment and development firm is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee new multifamily projects in Caldwell. With nearly 40 years of experience, this company builds, owns, and manages high-quality affordable housing communities across the U.S.

You’ll be the on-site lead from precon to punch, managing subs, schedules, and safety, and working closely with internal project teams to keep delivery on track.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all phases of ground-up multifamily construction (garden-style)
Manage daily site operations, logistics, and scheduling
Lead and mentor assistant supers and field staff
Ensure all work meets quality, budget, and safety expectations
Coordinate closely with PMs and attend OAC meetings
Maintain accurate records and reporting through Procore
Support project documentation, issue tracking, and subcontractor relationships
Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols

What They’re Looking For

5–7 years of experience in multifamily construction supervision
Strong understanding of ground-up, wood-frame projects
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore a plus)
Proven ability to lead field teams and manage subs effectively
Degree in construction management preferred or equivalent field experience
Ability to travel and work on-site full-time
