Senior Information Security Analyst (London Hybrid)

Role: Senior Information Security Analyst

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £75,000+

Locke & McCloud have collaborated with a rapidly growing Fintech company who are looking for an experienced analyst to help create and embed robust security measures throughout the business.

This position will contribute towards the IS GRC strategy and work closely with other senior members of the team.

This company boasts a portfolio of clients across the financial sector and is expected to grow by 20% this year. The role has the potential to develop over the next few years and you will be part of a company that is on course to take up a lion share of the market in it's respective field.

The successful individual will report directly to the CISO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting in the management of the security control assurance process.

• Maintaining oversight of security controls, processes, and services.

• Supporting with internal and external security audits.

• Coordinating and tracking service / process maturity and control improvement.

• Supporting in the identification and resolution of gaps in security compliance.

• Publish and maintain governance, risk and compliance reports for Senior leadership on an ongoing basis.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong time management and organisational skills.

• Personal flexibility to meet business goals and needs.

• Awareness and understanding of ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27002, SOC2 controls.

• Awareness and understanding of Security best practices.

• Understanding of Data Protection principles including GDPR.

• Understanding of the importance of effective Risk Management and principles.

• Understanding of the Information Security principles: Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability.
