Senior Cyber Risk Consultant-UK Hybrid-£60,000-£70,000+ Benefits
I am currently partnered with a market-leading consultancy looking to grow its Cyber Risk teams by adding a Senior Cyber Risk Consultant to their team. This company will give you great exposure to a variety of exciting risk engagements while also allowing you to work in a very collaborative environment. Essentially giving you the chance to diversify your cyber skills.
You will be overseeing complex cyber risk projects, taking the project from beginning to end, so you will need strong working experience in risk methodologies for the quantification of loss event severity and probability. You will be dealing with guiding more junior consultants, but it is not a management position.
This role will involve:
Working with a varied clientele base, assisting them in risk-related projects using your expert risk knowledge.
Communication between stakeholders to portray the client’s current risk status and any remediation plans.
Assisting more junior members of the team.
Engaging with analytical projects, dissecting them, and again highlighting any risks
Using industry frameworks such as GDPR, NIST, ISO27001, and CIS to ensure your workings and the companies are compliant
To be considered for the role you must have:
Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in Cyber Risk
Experience previously managing Cyber Risk projects is essential
Strong knowledge of current Cyber technologies, best practices, and issues
Working experience of industry-standard frameworks mentioned (certification would be desirable)
Consulting experience is needed
