Position Overview:

As a Security Engagement Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization by bridging the gap between security awareness and practical implementation. This is a hybrid role based in London, where you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive cybersecurity training programs while engaging with our clients to understand their specific security needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver cybersecurity training programs tailored to our clients' unique requirements.

  • Conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and provide practical recommendations to enhance security.

  • Engage with staff to understand their security challenges and provide strategic guidance on mitigating risks.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date with emerging security threats and industry best practices.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback loops.

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams, ensuring that security objectives are met.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a cybersecurity trainer, ideally with at least 5 years in the field.

  • In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and emerging threats.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex security concepts to various audiences.

  • Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.
