I am currently working with an innovative cyber security consultancy that is looking to gain a Penetration Tester to join their team in London on a hybrid basis. As a Penetration Tester, you will be responsible for conducting thorough testing of our client's infrastructure to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in order to improve their security posture. You will be working with a team of skilled professionals, using state-of-the-art tools and techniques to deliver exceptional results. There will be a varied range of testing however you will need to be well-versed in infrastructure (internal&external) as well as web app testing.
This role will involve:
Conduct a variety of penetration testing for clients to a high standard
Document and communicate findings to clients
Recommend remediation measures to improve security posture
Stay current with the latest security vulnerabilities, exploits, and trends
Work collaboratively with other team members to develop and refine testing methodologies
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in penetration testing
Strong experience with infrastructure testing
Knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security technologies
Ability to use and customize various security tools such as Nmap, Metasploit, Burp Suite, etc.
Experience in client-facing roles
Industry certifications such as Crest CRT, CPSA, and or OSCP
