Information Security Manager
Role Overview
We are rapidly expanding and seeking a motivated Information Security Manager with strong technical and communication skills. This role is crucial to driving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue goals, going beyond compliance to actively shape our security landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including related standards, policies, and procedures.
Ensure ongoing ISO27001 accreditation.
Handle customer information security questionnaires and requests efficiently.
Maintain a comprehensive library of information security responses.
Represent the company in all matters related to information security.
Support sales and other departments on security aspects, including RFPs and tenders.
Oversee security incident response and reviews.
Identify and execute monitoring requirements.
Advise business teams on information security, including vendor/product selection.
Create and deliver employee training on information security.
Key Competencies
Strong knowledge of ISO27001 and GDPR.
Experience with security in cloud environments.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Familiarity with other security standards and data protection practices.
Experience managing an ISMS; knowledge of Qualys is a plus.
