Key Responsibilities:
Perform in-depth testing and analysis of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions, with a focus on CrowdStrike and SentinelOne.
Conduct comprehensive testing of EDR systems to identify and report security vulnerabilities and performance issues.
Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts specifically tailored to evaluate EDR solutions.
Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of identified security and performance issues.
Verify that EDR solutions meet security and performance standards, including threat detection and incident response capabilities.
Document and track testing results, providing detailed reports on vulnerabilities and recommendations for improvements.
Participate in regression testing to confirm that previously identified EDR system issues have been effectively addressed.
Occasionally, be prepared to travel for on-site inspections or meetings related to EDR security assessments.
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience in Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) security testing.
Proficiency in using EDR solutions, particularly CrowdStrike and SentinelOne.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on security threat detection and incident response.
Any relevant certifications such as CrowdStrike or SentinelOne certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities for conveying security assessment findings.
Attention to detail and a strong commitment to security and quality.
Previous experience in the field of cybersecurity and knowledge of security best practices.
Ability to work remotely and independently while also being available for occasional travel.
Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment.
