About the Opportunity
We're seeking a Data Protection Assistant to support our Data Protection Officer in upholding our data security standards and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. In this role, you’ll be a key player in maintaining the integrity of our privacy practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for privacy-related queries, monitoring and managing responses to the email inbox.
Draft responses to data subject access requests (DSARs) and other privacy-related inquiries by reviewing internal systems to identify and compile relevant data and documents.
Communicate with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) when necessary.
Assist in maintaining accurate records and support data processing audits.
Provide additional support to the Data Protection Officer on an ad hoc basis as needed.

What We're Looking For
Prior experience managing subject access requests is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
High level of attention to detail and organisational ability
