Job Title: Cybersecurity Account Manager
Salary Range: $120,000 - $145,000 + OTE (On Target Earnings)

As a Cybersecurity Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in fostering and expanding relationships with key clients. You will be responsible for understanding our clients' cybersecurity needs, promoting our suite of solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of our clients and the company.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their cybersecurity challenges, and identifying opportunities for additional services.
Sales and Business Development: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursuing new clients. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our cybersecurity solutions, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate the value of our offerings to clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on account status, sales activities, and forecasts to management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity sales or account management.
5+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Strong knowledge of Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) and Microsoft Office Suite
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the cybersecurity industry.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
