eDiscovery Attorney – Leading Law Firm

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)

Compensation: $120,000 – $180,000 + Bonus

We are a specialized recruitment agency partnering with a top-tier law firm firm to identify an experiencedeDiscovery Attorneyto join their dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a legal professional with a deep command of discovery matters and advanced technical fluency in e-discovery platforms to step into a leadership role with a firm that values precision, collaboration, and innovation.

About the Role

As an eDiscovery Attorney, you will play a critical role in guiding legal teams and clients through all phases of the discovery process. You will be expected to both manage and execute on complex e-discovery projects while serving as a legal and technical advisor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end e-discovery projects, from scoping and collection to review and production.
Advise legal teams on best practices related to ESI, confidentiality, and discovery strategy.
Select and implement appropriate technologies and methodologies for document review and analysis.
Oversee contract attorneys and review teams, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Draft and negotiate ESI protocols, confidentiality orders, and discovery schedules.

Required Qualifications

Significant experience managing complex e-discovery projects in a legal environment.
Strong command of all common e-discovery tools and platforms, particularly
Relativity.
Proven ability to oversee document reviewers and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
JD and active bar admission;
Pennsylvania bar preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be available to work
onsite three days per week
in the Philadelphia area.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary of
$120,000 to $180,000, commensurate with experience.
