Superintendent – Commercial Construction

Full-Time | $120K–$150K DOE + Benefits

A well-established general contractor with deep local roots is looking for an experienced Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across the Valley. As part of a fully integrated development firm, you’ll be working closely with internal teams across architecture, development, and construction to deliver high-quality builds in sectors like healthcare, higher education, industrial, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilisation to closeout
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site safety
Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications
Represent the business with clients and stakeholders onsite
Maintain and enforce all jobsite safety protocols

What They're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of construction site management experience
Strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing
Proficiency in multiple trades (concrete, MEP, interiors, finishes, etc.)
OSHA certification and demonstrated safety leadership
Excellent communication and leadership skills
