Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced network security infrastructure to fortify our clients' systems and protect sensitive data.
Supervise and manage diverse firewall systems from leading vendors, including Palo Alto, Cisco, and Fortinet, ensuring the enforcement of robust network security policies.
Drive regular security assessments, comprehensive vulnerability scans, and penetration testing to proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities.
Oversee network traffic vigilantly for security incidents, responding promptly to mitigate threats or breaches.
Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to develop and implement secure network solutions tailored to specific business requirements.
Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship, addressing security concerns while articulating complex concepts in an accessible manner.
Stay at the forefront of the latest security trends, emerging vulnerabilities, and industry best practices to ensure the effectiveness of our clients' security measures.
Accurately document and lead the development of network security protocols, procedures, and configurations for future reference and comprehensive understanding.
Qualifications:
6+ years of hands-on experience in network security and related practices.
Proficiency in various operating systems, programming languages, and network protocols.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to establish and nurture lasting client relationships.
3+ years of experience in network monitoring and threat detection.
Industry certifications such as CCNA Security, PCNSA, PCNSE, or Fortinet NSE would be a significant advantage.
Strong analytical skills for assessing vulnerabilities and identifying potential risks within an organization's network.
Knowledge of security testing tools and methodologies.
