NetIQ Identity Subject Matter Expert

Position: NetIQNetIQ Identity Subject Matter Expert

Location:Remote

We have partnered with an award winning IT firm that is looking for a IAM Engineer This is a full-time remote contractor position for an experienced Identity Professional. The NetIQ Identity Subject Matter Expert is responsible for supporting existing client NetIQ identity implements.

The Role: AsAs a NetIQ Identity Subject Matter Expert (Consultant), you will leverage your extensive knowledge in NetIQ (OpenText) Identity Management (IDM), eDirectory (eDir), and Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) products to deliver robust identity solutions. You will be responsible for the operation and support of identity solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support and consultancy for NetIQ IDM, eDir, and SSPR products.

  • Manage and optimize identity solutions, ensuring high availability and security.

  • Develop and implement custom identity workflows and integrations.

  • Utilize PowerShell for scripting and automation to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their identity management needs and deliver tailored solutions.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex identity-related issues.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in identity management and cybersecurity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with NetIQ (OpenText) IDM, eDir, and SSPR products.

  • Strong operational and support background in identity solutions.

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

  • Relevant certifications in identity management or cybersecurity are a plus.
