Lead Penetration Tester | London | £50,000-£70,000
We are currently working with a global financial services organisation who are looking for a talented Penetration Tester to come in and lead their internal Penetration Testing capabilities.
This opportunity offers the successful candidate a fantastic chance to step into the internal penetration testing world and will offer an opportunity to get hands on experience with red team engagements. This company offer a rewarding yet challenging opportunity that can allow crossover with and exposure to other areas of Cyber Security.
This global finance company is heavily investing in its Cyber Security Team and are looking to bring on a qualified and skilled Lead Penetration Tester to add to its ambitious and growing Cyber Security division and Internal Penetration Response Team.
Brief Overview
- Performing network penetration, web and mobile application testing, source code reviews, threat analysis, wireless network assessments, and social-engineering assessments.
- Developing scripts, tools, or methodologies to facilitate customised testing.
- Lead the internal Penetration Testing team and help advance and enhance their current procedures and processes in place.
- Manage existing external consultancy relations handling the execution of different tests conducted across the business.
- You will collaborate with security, platform engineers, developers, and operations teams to ensure secure design, development, and deployment of secure infrastructure and code.
- Independently scope engagements and assessments while working with Security leadership.
Essential Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Penetration Testing and Cyber Security experience.
- Familiarity with application vulnerability assessment tools. (e.g., Burp Suite)
- Experience with command line on Linux and Windows operating systems.
- Testing in: Web Application, Infrastructure, Mobile and Database vulnerability assessments
- Expert communication skills.
- Ideally OSCP, CRT, QSTM or CSTM Certified.
- Managerial experience is ideal but not essential.
- Experience working in the fast-paced high-pressure environment.
