Job Opportunity: eDiscovery Project Manager (Relativity One Certified)
Location: Fully Remote (U.S. – West Coast Preferred)
Compensation:$110,000 – $145,000 DOE
Our client, a leading legal services provider, is seeking an experienced eDiscovery Project Manager to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates anywhere in the United States, with a preference for those located on the West Coast to align with client time zones.
The ideal candidate will bring strong Relativity One expertise, proven project management experience, and the ability to serve as a trusted client partner while managing all aspects of the eDiscovery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple eDiscovery projects from initiation through production and delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, guidance, and support.
Configure and oversee workflows in Relativity One
to ensure data integrity and timely deliverables.
Partner with internal teams and outside counsel to meet project requirements.
Track timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
Identify risks early and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of eDiscovery project management experience (law firm, corporate, or vendor).
Relativity One certification required (RCA or higher preferred).
Strong knowledge of the EDRM model and eDiscovery best practices.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred
Based on the West Coast (but not required).
Additional certifications (PMP, CEDS, etc.).
Experience with advanced Relativity features, TAR, or AI-assisted review.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary in the range of $110,000 – $145,000, depending on experience.
