Legal Tech Sales Professional (Remote | Base: $85K–$120K | Double OTE)

Location: Remote – U.S. Based

Are you a proven legal tech sales professional ready to join a high-growth organization? A respected and rapidly scaling company in the legal technology and litigation support space is looking for a dynamic new business hunter to drive growth across their cutting-edge solutions. We’re a third-party recruiting firm representing this client in the search for top-tier sales talent.

  • Position Type:

    Full-Time, Remote (U.S. only)

  • Base Salary:

    $85,000 – $120,000 + Double OTE

  • Focus:

    100% New Business | Individual Contributor Role

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities within law firms, corporate legal departments, and litigation support providers

  • Drive full sales cycle from prospecting and pitch to close

  • Collaborate with internal pre-sales and solution teams to tailor offerings to client needs

  • Report and forecast pipeline activity regularly

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of sales experience

    in legal tech, eDiscovery, or litigation support

  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment

    (must be able to provide documentation)

  • Strong “hunter” mentality with a strategic approach to outbound efforts

  • Experience selling SaaS or service-based legal solutions preferred

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to operate independently in a remote setting
