  • A proven track record in selling Cyber and Information Security Services
  • The ability to work in a smaller company and build process tailored to success

  • Ideally, experience selling solutions to Financial Services including Hedge Funds and Banks
  • Communication is a must – sales is sales
  • Ability to draft and execute proposals

Head of Red Team

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Red Team engagements and processes
  • Delivery of Penetration Tests and security assessments
  • Conduct Application security assessments
  • Conduct Infrastructure security assessments
  • Mentor junior penetration testers
  • Keep progress reports on findings
  • Display innovative methods in which to handle incidents
  • Monitoring security tools for potential threats
  • Review threat coverage and provide suggestions of the best method to overcome potential issues

Experience required:

  • 10+ Years’ of experience in Penetration Testing
  • 5+ Years’ experience in Red Team engagements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly proficient in Web application and infrastructure testing
  • OSCP Certification
  • CRT Citification

• Testing in: Web Application, Infrastructure, Mobile and Database vulnerability assessments
• Expert communication skills
