Role: Threat Intelligence Analyst: UK remote:
Our client, a cyber security consultancy, are growing rapidly and are looking for 5 experienced Threat Intelligence Analysts to join their talented team. There will be some exciting projects to work on, ranging from high-level attacks, defending data, investigations into threats, vulnerability assessments and planning, collecting, processing, and analysing data.
Main responsibilities:
Completing regular threat intelligence tasks, detecting incidents, analysing these and reporting them on to the correct department/person.
Log collection, normalisation, security incident detection and threat response experience.
Complete investigations and analysis of incidents within the company individually and in a team.
Use and learn a range of SIEM tools such as LogPoint, Graylog, Splunk, LogRhythm, and more.
To be considered for this role, you will have:
Previous experience working professionally in a threat intelligence position for 2+ years.
Ability to collect, detect, analyse, and follow a structure to identify threats.
Working knowledge and experience of the latest vulnerabilities used to attack systems, environments and more.
Working knowledge of SIEM tools such as LogPoint, Graylog, Splunk, LogRhythm, and similar.
Knowledge of NIST frameworks and similar.
