We are partnering with a company seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supplier Assurance Consultant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of the company's third-party suppliers, including vendors, contractors, and service providers.
This role will involve:
Conducting security assessments and due diligence on third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with the company's security policies and standards.
Developing and implementing third-party supplier security programs, including risk assessments, controls, and monitoring.
Collaborating with internal teams to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with third-party suppliers.
Conducting periodic audits of third-party suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance with security policies and standards.
Providing guidance and recommendations to internal teams on third-party supplier security best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in cyber security, risk management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in third-party supplier assurance or related fields.
Solid understanding of security frameworks and standards, including ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
Experience with security assessments and due diligence on third-party suppliers.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as GDPR and CCPA, related to third-party supplier security.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
