SOC/SIEM Product Manager - UK remote - £45,000 - £65,000 + Excellent benefits

I am working with my client, an IT Services and Consulting company, to bring on an experienced SOC/SIEM Monitoring Product Manager to their growing and talented team. My client has recently had an influx of requests for this type of product, so they are looking for the right person to build out a division and team of their own to widen their service offering.

This role will allow you the freedom to start on a blank canvas to implement your own tailored strategy and vision for their threat monitoring products. Once established, you’ll have the ability to recruit and build your own team of SOC/SIEM specialists to continue product growth and development.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop a bespoke strategy and vision for the cyber security SOC/SIEM product portfolio.

  • Own and develop the SOC/SIEM service and manage the full product lifecycle.

  • Work with a range of tools and technologies, most relevantly Splunk.

  • Work with wider teams to grow and develop the product service offering and demand from national to global.

  • Work with development teams to continue product development and identify areas for improvement.

  • Offer leadership within product development to junior/new team members to align strategy and vision.

  • Work with key stakeholders and clients to match service offerings within your area of the product to their requirements.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience working in a product manager role.

  • Experience working with SOC products/services.

  • Experience working with SIEM tools such as Splunk.

  • Experience managing the full lifecycle of relevant products.

The company offers a generous pay range, in addition to a benefits package including 31 days of annual leave, a generous pension contribution above average, financial well-being support, training and development budgets, equipment for home office work, mental health support, and more.
