Senior Salesforce Solutions Engineer - UK - Remote - £70,000 -£85,000

As a Salesforce Solutions Engineer, you will be the cornerstone of our client’s Salesforce ecosystem. Your mission: to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions that empower the business to achieve its strategic goals. If you're an innovative thinker with a knack for solving complex problems, we want you on this team!

This role will involve:

Design and implement scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Develop and maintain custom applications, integrations, and enhancements on the Salesforce platform.
Ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture and development.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates.

To be considered for the role you must have:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and best practices.
Salesforce Certified (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
