Locke & McCloud have partnered with a prestigious security consultancy to assist them in the search of an Incident Response Analyst. This is a fantastic chance to work within established methodologies to perform a variety of Incident Response related activities for a wide range of customers, which includes responding to cyber incidents, proactively hunting for adversaries & conducting detailed Intrusion analysis. The successful candidate will one of the most senior people in the team and be eld accountable for any suspected security incidents & you will take the CSIRT team through the remediation process.

The role:

Act as the escalation point for Shift Analysts for incidents
Have exposure to malware reverse engineering, Digital forensics and Cyber Threat Intelligence services
Assist with scoping prospective engagements
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Incident response and investigation activities

You will need:

At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience working with security tools for the purposes of detection, diagnosis, containment and remediation
A clear understanding of ITIL processes
Desired certs – SANS or CREST
