Locke & McCloud are looking for a Senior Security Consultant to come on onboard and work for one of the most disruptive and dynamic FinTechs in the UK and help grow out their architecture consultancy practice.
You'll be focused on leading security architecture and design for clients as they migrate to AWS cloud-based platforms. This position will be collaborating with engineering and security teams to ensure that security is at the forefront of all client solutions.

- Leading security architecture and design initiatives (technical and functional)
- Acting as the cloud security SME and giving technical leadership to engineers and owners
- Managing security architecture and engineering round tables
- Applying best security practices and standards into platforms and services
- Offering specialised advice on application security controls and standards
- Identifying and remediate any gaps in security architecture
Key skills...
- Must have background in AWS cloud security
- Prior experience in security architecture and design
- Strong knowledge on security standards and processes e.g. NIST, OWASP, ISO27001
- Experience delivering cloud security solutions
- Additional experience in application security, network security, threat intelligence and IAM would be ideal
