Senior Cyber Security Consultant – London - £60,000 - £80,000 plus 15% bonus

I’m currently working with a leading cyber consulting company based in the heart of London who are embarking upon a huge recruitment drive as they’ve just secured several enterprise level projects that are due to kick off in Q1 of 2020. My client currently has a team of 15 people and are looking to grow this to 20 over the next 3 months. Right now, they have a need for at least 2 experienced, ambitious Senior Cyber Security Consultants to join the team.

If you’re a talented Senior Cyber Security Consultant who wants to work on large transformation projects for leading FTSE 250 financial services companies while embarking on a fast-tracked career path to a management role, then this role could be the ideal next step for you. My client offers flexible working hours and operate a work from home policy with a typical week requiring 40-50% of your time on client site. The role will involve:

Designing and presenting solutions to senior management and customers.
Providing technical leadership, oversight and governance as a lead member of the project team.
Contribute to the production of sales propositions and perform gap analysis on existing clients to identify potential additional service offering opportunities.
Supporting and mentoring junior team members.

To be considered for the role, you should have:

Prior experience working in a cyber consulting role, ideally at least 2 years.
Significant experience and expertise in at least one of the following areas;
A customer focused mentality and a passion for delivering high quality solutions to customers.
Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

This role would suit a Senior Cyber Security Consultant who is looking to progress to a Manager role within 12-18 months, and my client will provide the structure, training and support network in order for the successful joiners to achieve this.
