Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid Role)
Compensation: $130,000 - $180,000 Base + Commission
Role Overview:
As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our client engagements. This is a hybrid role based in San Diego, providing you the flexibility to balance work and life. This company is seeking a candidate with over 4 years of experience in a pre-sales or system engineer role, demonstrating a proven track record in delivering cybersecurity solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to understand their cybersecurity needs and provide tailored solutions.
Utilize your technical background to address network security challenges, including network firewalls, VPN solutions, and cloud security.
Offer consulting services to clients, ensuring the implementation of robust cybersecurity measures.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor and train junior team members to enhance overall team capabilities.
Leverage your experience working with government agencies to bring valuable insights to the team.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in a pre-sales or system engineer role.
Proven track record in delivering effective cybersecurity solutions.
Strong technical background with expertise in network security, including firewalls, VPN solutions, and cloud security.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and advise clients.
Experience mentoring and training junior team members is a plus.
Previous work experience with government agencies is highly desirable.
