Penetration Tester Team Lead | UK Remote | £90,000-£120,000
I am working with a small Cyber Security Consultancy who provide clients support on Information Security and Penetration Testing matters.
They are looking for a Head of Penetration Testing to come in to help lead client projects and manage the well established penetration testing team, full of consultants from junior to senior.
This role will be of real interest to you if you are looking to move slightly away from hands on Penetration testing and be more hands off, assisting with presales and initial engagements calls with potential clients.
Preferably for this role, you will have either CSTL or CTL cert, but the experience of actually leading a team of testers is more important. This is essential and a must have.
Role includes:
Working with the sales team to discuss technical requirements of new clients and projects
Create proposals and presentations
Oversee the execution of tests, supporting other testers with the doing of these
Hire new testers into the team and help them to grow their skillset and gain certs
Skills and experience:
5 years penetration testing experience
Experience mentoring and supporting other junior testers
Experience with presales/ scoping initial client projects is desired
The ability to help out with tests and keep you hands on skills up to scratch
CSTL/CTL preferred but not essential
