Network Infrastructure Engineer | UK Hybrid | £50,000 - £65,000

I am working with a small Cyber Security Consultancy who specialise in providing incident response and digital forensics services to their clients.

They are looking for a Network Infrastructure Engineer to join their close knit team, this role will have you supporting clients (primarily within law) with rebuilding their infrastructures after a Cyber attack has occurred.

You will somewhat have to be thick skinned and consultative, being the clients first point of contact after an attack has happened. Situations can be pressurised so being approachable whilst very technical is important.

Roles includes:

Assisting clients with network and infrastructure rebuilds
Being client facing, speaking to clients throughout the whole incident until resolution
Working closely with the Digital Forensics team to report on damages to servers and findings
Utilise virtualised technologies and different network technologies when rebuilding
Working with azure and other Microsoft products when engineering

Essential experience

Over 5 years experience in IT, working with infrastructures , cloud and virtual servers
Linux and Windows experience, building these servers
Azure experience and experience with backups and storage recoveries
Networking and firewalling experience
