Job Title: Microsoft Security Architect - Remote (UK Based)

Position Overview:

This is a role for experienced Microsoft Security Architects to join a thriving and growing team with serious pipeline already in place. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely within the UK and collaborate with a diverse range of clients. As a Microsoft Security Architect, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert guidance and solutions in Microsoft security to clients, acting as a subject matter expert on both technical and consultative levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Microsoft security Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients, offering strategic guidance and expertise.

  • Design, implement, and manage Microsoft security solutions tailored to meet the unique requirements of each client.

  • Conduct comprehensive security assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending remediation strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their security objectives and translate them into actionable plans.

  • Provide thought leadership and stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in Microsoft security.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients and providing ongoing support and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience working in a Microsoft security-focused role, with a strong emphasis on architecture and design.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft security technologies, including but not limited to Azure Security Center, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Azure Sentinel, and Microsoft Information Protection.

  • Proven track record of delivering successful Microsoft security projects from conception to completion.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong consulting background with experience advising clients on security strategy and best practices.

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, or equivalent certifications.

  • UK-based with the flexibility to work remotely.
