​IS Solution Delivery Manager – Lincolnshire hybrid - £40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

Locke & McCloud are on the search for an IS Solution Delivery Manager to join a leading retail organisation. This role will allow you to lead their growing solution delivery team on a range of projects which you will direct, own, and operate. You’ll be creating a solution delivery team strategy, as well as producing change plans and growth road maps.

Main responsibilities:

• Support the solution delivery team on a diverse range of projects and engagements simultaneously.

• Engage with the wider business and key stakeholders within the IT team to assess security and infrastructure requirements.

• Be responsible for all IT/IS project budgets from small amounts into excess of £ 1 million.

• Provide expert advice and leadership to junior–senior team members, as well as monitoring room for development and growth.

• Asses the IS/IT portfolio alongside other senior technical teams to identify growth areas and improvement areas.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Experience working in a project management role.

• Experience working within PRINCE2 or similar.

• Experience working within cloud environments: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Experience delivery or working with SaaS-based solutions.

• Strong leadership skills on projects with team members and influencing stakeholders.
