This role will involve:
Develop and execute information security strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all digital resources.
Lead a team of security professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to enhance the overall security posture.
Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate security best practices into the company's technology architecture, applications, and processes.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to proactively adapt security measures.
To be considered for the role you must have:
Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, or related field; advanced certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
Extensive experience in information security roles, with a proven track record of managing and enhancing security programs.
Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and best practices (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
Experience with risk management, compliance, and incident response.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
