Information Security Analyst – Oxfordshire and surrounding areas - £40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus

Locke & McCloud are working with a leading organisation that’re currently having huge growth within their InfoSec team and are looking for an experienced Information Security Analyst with expertise in information security compliance and ISO 27001 to join their team. The role will be focused on Information Security compliance and managing the organisations policies and procedures.


Main responsibilities:

  • Regularly monitor and audit information security controls to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 27001 and other relevant regulations.

  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of ISO 27001 certification initiatives.

  • Advise senior management on risk-reduction strategies and assist in making informed decisions to address security concerns.

  • Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to educate employees on information security best practices and ISO 27001 compliance.

  • Foster a culture of security consciousness and accountability throughout the organization.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and business leaders.

  • Collaborate with clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies to address inquiries related to information security and compliance.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Experience as an Information Security Consultant, with a focus on ISO 27001 compliance and implementation.

  • Strong understanding of information security frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
