Cyber Security Risk Consultant | UK | £45,000-£70,000 + Benefits

I am currently working with a 3rd Party Risk consultancy that is currently looking for a skilled Security Risk Consultant to help grow their consultancy team.

This company are wanting to grow its business and follow in the footsteps of one of the big four, by employing a Security Risk Consultant to help and support their clients.

This is a great time to get into our client’s business, as they are quite a niche boutique consultancy. This means you will grow with the company and progress into a higher-up position, passing on your skills to others.

You will be involved from start to finish with client projects, helping their clients to grow their business and strategy.

Role includes:

Providing 3rd party risk assurance to multiple clients, from first engagement to completion.
Assessing and identifying risks of current frameworks in place.
Reporting risks back to C-Suite individuals and report writing.
Auditing clients to make sure risks identified are addressed and resolved.
Changing controls within the ISO27001/NIST framework to address risks highlighted.

Essential experience:

Over 2 years’ experience in information security/ risk assurance
Knowledge and experience in ISO27001 and NIST frameworks
Experience implementing ISO27001 framework is preferred
Experience in external auditing is preferred
Client facing experience is preferred but not essential
