Cyber Security Consultant – Remote - £50,000 - £70,000 + package

A renowned Cyber Security consultancy with a track record of over 10 years being an industry leader in providing managed services such as Penetration Testing, Certification and Audit, Virtual CISO, Incident Management / Forensics and also Security Standards of different areas of Government, Legal and Defence is looking for you to be their next Cyber Security Consultant!

A position has opened up due to an increase in the number of projects this consultancy has won over the last 3months and as part of that success an opportunity has opened up for a talented and ambitious Cyber Security Consultant has opened up. If this sounds like you, then please do read on.

The ideal candidate will have:

•Experienced implementing new solutions, including internal policy, privacy laws, NCSC guidance and advice, ISO 27001 and NIST standards and controls

•Be able to demonstrate their experience of hands-on technical security together with some knowledge of products and solutions

•Be able understanding and communicate current and emerging threats and propose cost effective and proportionate controls to address those threats where possible

•Experience working within a consultancy to help clients become GRC compliant

The role is a brilliant opportunity for someone who has got experience working within the consultancy space but feels like they need to take the next step in their career in order to grow. You will get to work alongside an enthusiastic and experienced team.

My client has a headcount of over 20 people working within a variety of different areas with plans to add an additional 5 people by end of year. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting technology and be able to take advantage of an extremely generous training budget.
