We are currently working with an growing cyber security consultancy, that is looking to gain experienced Cloud Security Consultant with a focus on Microsoft Azure. This company has recently seen rapid expansion and is looking for a forward thinking consultant, that will join and be a part of this growth.
You will be responsible for providing security guidance and support to our clients and their Azure environments, ensuring that their systems and data are protected against potential security threats.
This role will involve:
Design and implement security measures for Microsoft Azure environments
Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures
Conduct security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and risks
Provide recommendations for improving security posture and mitigating risks
Manage security incidents and coordinate response activities
Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies in the cloud industry
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud security with a focus on Microsoft Azure
Strong understanding of Azure security features and controls, including Azure Security Center, Azure Firewall, and Azure Active Directory
Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2
Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate security risks and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, and CCSP are highly preferred
