Our client, a leading organization in the cybersecurity industry, is seeking a talented Senior Red Teamer to join their team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled professional looking to make a significant impact in the realm of cybersecurity.


This role will involve:

  • Lead and execute red team engagements to simulate real-world attacks and identify vulnerabilities within the organization's systems and infrastructure.

  • Develop and implement innovative strategies, tactics, and techniques to assess the security posture of the organization.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security awareness and strengthen defensive measures.

  • Provide actionable recommendations and remediation strategies based on red team findings and observations.

  • Stay abreast of the latest threat landscapes, attack vectors, and security trends to continuously improve red team methodologies.


To be considered for the role you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in red teaming, penetration testing, or offensive security roles.

  • Proficiency in common red teaming tools and frameworks (e.g., Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, Empire, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and security controls.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, CISSP, or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.
