Senior Penetration Tester-UK Remote-£55,000-£75,000+Benefits
We are currently partnered with a national company in the financial industry that is seeking a highly skilled Senior Penetration Tester to join the security team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing vulnerabilities in the companies systems and infrastructure.
This includes conducting penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and security audits. The ethical hacker will also be responsible for creating and implementing security measures to protect the company from potential cyber attacks. This will involve a variety of different engagements varying from web application through too mobile and e-usage vulnerability scanning. Being Senior Tester you will be taking control of these tests while also guiding juniors towards best practise
This role will involve:
Identifying and assessing vulnerabilities through a diverse range of Penetration Testing
Creating full testing plans from scope through to post test reporting
Creating and implementing security measures to protect against cyber attacks
Communicating with internal stakeholders and team members to ensure effective security practices
Staying current with the latest security trends and technologies
To be considered for this role you must have:
4 years within a Penetration Testing role
Experience with penetration testing and vulnerability assessments
Knowledge of ethical hacking tools and techniques
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience working in a team environment
A Check team leader is highly advantageous, however a valid CRT with the ability to obtain CTL is also acceptable
