Senior Network Security Engineer | UK remote | £50,000-£70,000
I am working with a private equity-backed consultancy that specialises in Network Security, providing top-class support to their clients. They won MSSP of the year in 2021!
They are looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer to join their team.
This role is very much focused on configuring and implementing Checkpoint firewalls into clients' infrastructures and systems; you will become a master in Checkpoint, as well as learn about new firewalls such as Palo Alto and Fortinet.
You will communicate with stakeholders within these companies, keeping them up to date with projects being undertaken and the Checkpoint implementations you are doing.
Being part of a small team of four will mean you get real hands-on experience and get to take the reigns of exciting things going on. This includes managing and mentoring other engineers in the team and eventually being able to build out this team!

Extensive experience implementing, configuring and troubleshooting Checkpoint firewalls is a must.
Also, the ability to work in a team and on your own is a must, as well as the ability to communicate with stakeholders and external individuals, is preferred.
