What you need:
Previous experience working in Policy-based Infosec positions and good knowledge of policy creation and review
A good understanding of what it takes to work in an agile environment
Familiar with Information Security frameworks such as NIST and ISO27001
Being responsible for the alignment with security regulations such as GDPR and PCI DSS
