IT Help desk Engineer | UK London | £25,000-£35,000
I am working with the leading provider of Private Cloud solutions and IT services, who are looking to expand their small but faster growing team.
They are looking for a passionate and dedicated IT Help desk Engineer to support their clients within the Healthcare industry.

This role requires you to go above and beyond for healthcare clients, being able to speak to Doctors and other professionals within the industry, dealing with IT issues on the phone and face to face. You must be able to deal with IT complaints in a calm and professional manner.
1 in 4 weeks you will go to a hospital site and provide on site support, and 1 in 4 weeks you will be required to work weekends.
Role includes:
Helping with Windows and VMware support, ensuring customer issues are dealt with
Being involved in many BAU and troubleshooting situations
Liaising with customers on work being undertaken
Working closely with other engineers within the team on issues
Being dedicated, professional and passionate about your work
Essential experience:
At least 2 years experience in IT
Ability to talk to people confidently on the phone regarding their IT issues
Strong experience with virtualised technologies such as VMware
Windows experience essential
Great communication skills with customers
Office 365 and Active Directory experience
