eDiscovery Project Manager – London (Remote) - £80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Locke & McCloud are seeking a skilled eDiscovery Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing eDiscovery projects. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the efficient and effective processing, review, and analysis of electronically stored information (ESI). This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in eDiscovery and legal technology while contributing to high-profile cases and investigations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Assist in managing eDiscovery projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements.

  • Data Processing: Oversee the collection, processing, and loading of ESI using industry-standard tools and methodologies.

  • Document Review: Support the review and analysis of documents, identifying key information and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

  • Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or queries.

  • Quality Control: Perform quality control checks on processed data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Reporting: Generate detailed reports and summaries for clients, highlighting findings and providing actionable insights.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance service delivery.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Advanced Education: BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS).

  • Experience: Previous internship or work experience in an eDiscovery-related role.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Familiarity with eDiscovery tools and software (e.g., Relativity, Nuix, Reveal.
